The EBAM Institute- Evidence-Based Accent Management Institute—was founded by Dr. Amee Shah to advance excellence in executive and cross-cultural communication. We deliver high-level services in C-suite communication coaching, cross-cultural communication, accent management, and accent-listening training, all grounded in rigorous research and the highest ethical standards.
As a global professional platform, the Institute also leads the development of advanced tools and methodologies, as well as education and training of clinicians and teachers. We are leaders, setting professional standards and benchmarks for evidence-based practice of accent management and cross-cultural communication.
Being continuously committed to elevating standards and building culturally-responsive practices, the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association has recognized and awarded our work multiple times over the two decades of leadership and contributions.
